Junior Netball is an important part of who we are at the Surf Coast Suns. It’s where teamwork, friendship, and a love of the game first take shape — and where young players develop the confidence and skills that will stay with them for life.

Our junior program welcomes players of all abilities and focuses on participation, growth, and enjoyment. Every child has the opportunity to play, learn, and improve in a supportive environment that encourages effort, positivity, and respect.

Our program is built around three key pillars:

• Belonging – creating a welcoming atmosphere where every player feels part of the Suns family and enjoys being involved each week.

• Skill Development – helping each child strengthen their game sense and abilities through quality coaching and encouragement.

• Positive Experience – ensuring every session and match day is fun, safe, and confidence-building, so players can grow both on and off the court.
